new favorites

I've discovered two new TV shows that I really like...And when I say new, I mean new to me. I'm going to have to do some serious past-season DVD catch-up action.

Smallville - Tom Welling alone is awesome. But I find young Lex oddly appealing as well. Mmmm, bad boys!

Monk - No hotties, no cuties, just a funny-looking neurotic. And fun little stories. And no swearing or gratuitous sex or graphic violence - so it's ok to watch with Mom. I'm taking the first 3 discs of season 1 home for Christmas. It will sure beat cable news 24/7.
